Fresh from their division 3 triumph in the Fulford Ladies Invitation Tennis League, our ladies doubles team attended a star-studded gala awards event at Fulford tennis club. Team captain Jill Marsden received the prestigious trophy, adding Wistow’s name to the list of winners dating back to 1983. Encouraged by the success, and by the mini bottle of Prosecco, the team left in high spirits, ready to take on the tough competition which awaits them in League Two next season…
